Commission Options:

Plan A:	You keep 100% of the Commission paid to DWRE at closing including any Bonus. $60 Dues per Month or $600 paid yearly ($120 Savings) & $15 E&O per transaction. No transaction fee after 10th closed transaction per year. $195 Transaction Fee.
Plan B:	You keep 100% of the Commission paid to DWRE at closing including any Bonus.  $30 Dues per Month or $300 paid yearly ($60 Savings) & $15 E&O per transaction.  $225 Transaction Fee
Plan C:	You keep 90% of the Commission paid to DWRE (NO Transaction Fee)  $20 Dues per Month or $200 paid yearly ($40 Savings) & $15 E&O per transaction.
Plan D:	You keep 80% of the Commission paid to DWRE  (You pay NO dues, transaction fee or E&O during the year)

Through our marketing websites, we gather and distribute referrals to our agents.

Through our training, we teach you to develop your own leads for your target market.
