Sample Rebate Commission Rebate On HUD-1
$425,000 Sales Price Equals $4,250 Cash Credit on the Closing Statement paid to our buyers the day of closing.

$75k - $200k purchase price = .50% Rebate
$201k - $400k purchase price = .75% Rebate
$401k purchase price and up = 1% Rebate

All Rebates are based upon 3% Commission being paid to Dane Warren Real Estate.  When commission is 2.5% the rebate will be reduced by a 1/4%.

Renter Incentive
